Align360's Mission

Align360 exists to strengthen business performance by bringing alignment, accountability, and execution discipline to organizations navigating change, growth, and complexity.

Cycle showing Strategy, Leadership, and Execution in business.

Align360's Approach

Unlike traditional advisors, we don't stop at recommendations. Our operating model moves from diagnosis to action—partnering with leadership to build lasting organizational capability and navigate future change.

Our work is grounded in people, informed by data, and anchored in financial and operational realities —ensuring strategy translates into measurable performance.

The result: stronger organizational alignment, faster execution, and improved business performance.

Alicia Catatao, Align360's Founder

A business partner and operator with 17 years of experience driving execution  & organizational transformations through growth and restructuring — including hypergrowth, M&A, and Chapter 11 environments.

An industry-agnostic operator with a track record across founder-led, family-owned, and institutional businesses spanning engineering, manufacturing, BPO, construction, cannabis, and crypto data mining.

Alicia is known for a direct, no-BS approach;  best known for translating complexity into organizational action—understanding what needs to change and moving people toward it.

The Align360 Philosophy

My Story

Looking back, Align360 wasn't born overnight.

In 2020, I consciously anchored my leadership philosophy around a single idea: alignment. Not as a buzzword, but as a way of operating.

Having spent my career far beyond the traditional boundaries of HR and leaning into nearly every aspect of the business,  I became known for stepping into complexity and acting as both translator and conductor—helping leaders understand what was breaking down beneath the surface, why it was happening, what needed to change, and how to move the organization forward.

At the time, I thought alignment was the answer. What I didn't yet understand was why.

As my career progressed, I found myself repeatedly stepping into organizations navigating acquisitions, restructurings, leadership turnover, hyper-growth, operational crises, and the occasional literal tornado threatening a facility in the middle of pre-deal due diligence.

Most of these organizations struggled with the same underlying challenged. Misaliged or inexperienced leadership.  Accountability that existed on paper but not in practice. Growth creating complexity faster than the organization could absorb it.

Teams working hard but not necessarily working together.

The symptoms were remarkably consistent.  These issues rarely belonged to a single function. Yet they affected every function.

So I found myself repeatedly stepping into the gaps.

Aligning leaders around priorities.

Clarifying roles and decision rights.

Pushing accountability where it eroded.

Bringing structure to environments that had become reactive.

Helping organizations navigate change with greater discipline and less chaos.

The outcome was far from perfection.  Organizations are complex, and lasting change ultimately depends on leadership ownership and commitment.

But time and again, the business moved forward. Execution improved. Decisions became clearer. Teams became more aligned. Leaders became more effective and confident.

That's when I realized I wasn't solving isolated people problems, operational problems, or change problems.

I was helping strengthen the organizational foundation that performance depends on:

Leadership.

Accountability.

Clear Structure.

Ways of working.

And Execution Discipline.

When those elements are aligned, organizations perform better. When they aren't, friction emerges everywhere.

That realization fundamentally changed how I viewed organizations, leadership, and performance.

It ultimately became the foundation of Align360.

Why Choose Align360 ?

Because strategy alone doesn’t create results—execution does.
